Terms and Conditions

This is a rough lumber sawmill.  It is the customer's responsibility to understand that the lumber may need additional time to dry depending upon its use.  Some lumber may also have wane since it is rough lumber and it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of this fact when they purchase the lumber.  The customer has the ability to order online.  If  there are any issues fulfilling the order promptly, the customer will be notified if adjustments are required.  Delivery is potentially an option at an additional cost.  Contact Tom / Big T directly to discuss delivery - 207-463-6324 - tom@bigtlumber.com
